The week started just like it was over, or dedicated sessions on the treadmill. Two in a row Monday and Tuesday. The usual left thigh flexor held and managed as well to complete the route from 50 minutes in total, for 6.4/6.5 miles a day. Today, however, also earned rest to cope with a sudden rise in temperatures in recent days. Should I try to administer some 'forces and to "choose" the days of the 4 training sessions per week.
