Last week, thanks to bother reviving the flexor of the thigh (a legacy of the game of football the week before), I could not do much. Tuesday are mounted on the treadmill for 50 minutes per session alternating speed but, while bringing to an end, seemed to me that it is not immediately clear in good condition, from a muscular standpoint. I have observed 4-5 days of rest, but in the meantime I have put to the applicant a "revision" of the insoles, aware that the problem could also be caused by a posture became busted. This week, so I was able to resume my regular sessions of the treadmill. Starting from Tuesday, 50 minutes running around, so scanned: 20 'to 9.6 km / h, 7' to 7.0 km / h, 15 'at 9.6 and 8' to 7.2 km / h for a total of 6.2 km run . Second session on Friday, again 50 ': 22' to 9.6 with a peak of 9.8 km / h, 7 'to 7.0 km / h, 13' to 9.8 km / h and 8 'to 7.0 km to 6.5 km in total. Last session this morning, the same total time, but this time with different intervals: 15 'to 9.8 km / h (stable), 5' to 7.2 km / h, 10 'to 9.8 km / h, 5' to 7.2 km / h, 10 'to 9.8 km / h and 5' end-to 7.0 km / h for a total of 6.3 km.
My strength fatigue is dramatically improved. I can reach 20-25 minutes of effort continued at high speed (at the threshold of 10 km / h) without major problems. And also the phases of active recovery, with different steps, are rapidly eroding. This pretty much disappear altogether in the thigh, from time to time is obvious, it would be even better. But today, I took a little care recommended by a doctor, a homeopathic remedy to be taken before and during exercise and the results are seen.
