Chevrolet Silverado Ss 427 For Sale

Ecco una cena di quelle che non si dimenticano, un po' per la "demenza" dei partecipanti e tanto per la qualità che non è certo mancata :D
Si chiama "Osteria del Cacciatore", è a Fossa Caprara e ammesso che troviate il paese è impossibile non trovare il ristorante dal momento che non potete non passarci davanti.. no non è il ristorante ad essere grande è il paese ad essere piccolo ma si sà, nella botte piccola stà il vino buono ;)
Si inizia con un antipasto, non c'è una grossa choice: "Do you want an appetizer?" "Yes" and after a few minutes to get trays of salted pork shoulder cooked (very good), coppa and salami. Among the first will include pumpkin ravioli (with so much sweet macaroons), ravioli with herbs (commonly called "green"), tortellini cacciatore (stuffed with meat) and agnolotti in broth (otherwise known as the Reggio Cappelletti) with the opportunity to make a good "Sorbo" (corrects the stock of cappelletti cup of dry lambrusco, from my part is also called "Bever in vein" or "Drinking Wine"). As a second: they burnt donkey (ass), pork cheek, pork loin, roast beef and stewed tender ribs that fall off the bone just by looking.
E' la seconda volta che torniamo in questo locale, la prima volta eravamo in 7 e abbiam mangiato per 13, ieri eravamo in 5 e abbiam mangiato per 15 (purtroppo io sono a dieta forzata).. diciamo una piccola sfida a "chi ci arriva in fondo" di cui potrete vedere il vincitore nell'album fotografico.
Piatti semplici e tipici anche se alcuni richiedono una preparazione non breve, qualità veramente ottima sia nelle portate principali sia nei dettagli: lambrusco di Mantova, Malvasia di Gualtieri olio extra vergine del Garda ne sono un esempio. Il prezzo è un po' sopra la media (con quello che abbiam mangiato devo confessare che fare dei paragoni diventa difficile) ma se volete mangiare bene e tipico questo è il posto adatto. Meglio prenotare if you are in a large group, we had no major problems but depends on the weather.
PS: the photos show only a few scenes from the first second after the first round of main courses and desserts, the first of course I was having dinner. It also re-read, you read that right: D
